Guided  excursions and cultural tours	Palermo is considered a synthesis of the numerous cultures and civilizations which reigned in succession over Sicily throughout the centuries. Our partner halisaClub (the no-profit Association to promote tourism in Palermo), has provided specifically for our guests a list of very interesting guided excursion.   Every excursion have a duration of 3 up to 5 hours.   You can choose among:  "The historical centre of Palermo", or                  "Monreale's cathedral", or "The Capuchin catacombs", or "The ethnographic museum G. Italian language lessons	Our partner halisaClub also offers a selection of language courses for that foreign guests that want also learn the language during their holiday. You can choose among: - the Standard Courses that consists of modules of 20 lessons (45 minutes each) distributed over the span of one week, or - the Intensive Course that consists of modules of 25 lessons (45 minutes each) distributed over the span of one week, or - the Conversation Course (weekly course of 4 lessons).
Cultural       stages in Italian language	Art, Popular Traditions, Cuisine, Literature… courses that are given in the Italian language by teachers that have a specific knowledge of each subject. These courses consist of 2 lessons per day of 1 hour each, every day from Monday through Friday. Is required an intermediate level of Italian. You can choose among …… Art & History of Sicily, Sicilian Popular Traditions, Italian Literature, Sicilian Authors in Literature, Sicilian Cuisine.
Mini-stages in Italian language	Designed to widen one's knowledge of unusual and distinctive aspects of Sicilian History, Art and Traditions. Each of these "mini-stages" last 2 hours and offer you the possibility to leaf through some interesting pages of our culture! You can choose among “The "Arabic World" in Sicilian Language and Culture”, “The History of Sicilian Ceramics”, “Religion and Magic in Sicily”, “The Fragrance of Sicilian wines”, “The Tradition of the "Puppet Opera", “ Frederic II of Sweden "Stupor Mundi", “Traditional Dishes of Sicilian Feasts”, “The Sicily of Andrea Camilleri” , “Santa Rosalia and the "Festino", “The Arabic-Norman Period in Art”, “The Sicilian Dialect”.
